At Skopéa, every order is prepared and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launches, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times are separate from the shipping time provided by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The size and weight of your order

  • The shipping method selected

  • Applicable carrier rates

Any available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside Skopéa’s control.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to remote locations, military addresses, islands, or areas with limited carrier service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Should your tracking information not update after several business days, contact us at info@skopea.com and include your order number.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order. Skopéa is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Should you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at info@skopea.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to Skopéa when:

  • The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect

  • The carrier is unable to complete delivery

  • The package is not collected from a designated pickup point

  • Delivery is refused

  • Required customs charges are not paid

Should a package be returned to us, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays may occasionally occur after an order has shipped.

Skopéa cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, public holidays, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Should your package be significantly delayed, contact us at info@skopea.com and we will assist with reviewing the tracking information and, where appropriate, opening an inquiry with the carrier.

Lost Packages

When tracking information does not show delivery and a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@skopea.com.

We may ask you to allow the carrier’s standard investigation period before a replacement or other resolution can be considered.

Any replacement, refund, or store credit will be determined after the carrier investigation and will depend on the circumstances of the shipment.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Skopéa is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Should your tracking information show that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check around the delivery area

  • Ask household members or neighbors

  • Contact your building manager or reception desk

  • Allow up to 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before arrival

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

You may then contact us at info@skopea.com for additional assistance. Replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered are not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

Should your order arrive damaged, contact us at info@skopea.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the internal packaging

  • Photographs of the exterior shipping box and shipping label

Please retain all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and product availability, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain Skopéa products, including candles, lip balms, body products, and other naturally formulated goods, may soften or change texture when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

We take care when packaging heat-sensitive products, but we cannot control the conditions a package may experience after it leaves our facility.

We recommend tracking your order closely and retrieving it promptly after delivery. Avoid leaving packages outdoors, in direct sunlight, inside a vehicle, or in another warm location.

Minor softening or texture changes caused by heat do not necessarily affect the safety or performance of the product and may not be considered a defect.

International Shipping

When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Skopéa cannot control customs procedures or predict the amount of any applicable import charges.

Orders that are refused or returned because customs duties or import fees were not paid may be subject to deductions for shipping, return costs, customs fees, or other expenses incurred by Skopéa.

Multiple Shipments

In some circumstances, items from the same order may be shipped separately.

Should your order be divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless this was agreed upon before shipment.
