The website and online store are operated by SKOPEA LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Skopéa,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SKOPEA LLC.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, submitting content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

1. Eligibility

However, we cannot guarantee that:

• Product photographs will represent exact scale

• Every product will appear identical to the website image

• Descriptions will be completely free from typographical errors

• Natural ingredients will remain visually identical between batches

Many Skopéa products are made with botanical ingredients and may be prepared or finished in small batches. Natural variations in color, texture, scent, shape, finish, weight, or appearance may occur. These variations are part of the natural and handcrafted character of the product and are not necessarily defects.

Packaging, ingredients, product names, formulations, availability, and specifications may be updated when reasonably necessary. The product information displayed at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.

4. Product Use and Safety

Skopéa products must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, labels, or safety information provided with the product.

Before using a personal-care product, review its ingredient list carefully. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, respiratory concerns, or other relevant health considerations.

We recommend performing a patch test before using a new topical product. Discontinue use if irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs.

Candles must never be left burning unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and heat-sensitive surfaces. Follow all candle-care and safety instructions provided with the product.

Skopéa products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Information provided on our website is offered for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Seek professional medical advice regarding any health concern, allergy, pregnancy-related consideration, medication interaction, or uncertainty about whether a product is suitable for you.

5. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:

• Limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or address

• Cancel an order affected by a pricing, inventory, technical, or product-information error

Should we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the cancelled portion to the original payment method.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale, export, redistribution, marketplace listing, or other commercial activity.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, order issues, non-returnable products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For hygiene, safety, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used personal-care and wellness products may not be eligible for return except where required by law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You represent that content you submit:

These Terms and any transaction with Skopéa are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdictional rules that apply where you live, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Broward County, Florida.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing a claim in an eligible small-claims court or limits a consumer’s non-waivable legal rights.

25. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Skopéa to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

A waiver is effective only when expressly provided in writing by Skopéa.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any additional terms displayed in connection with a particular offer or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skopéa concerning your use of the website and purchases from our online store.
